Welcome to GetSimfinity. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of digital eSIM products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
2. Business Information
GetSimfinity is operated by Getsimfinity Technologies OPC Private Limited, a company registered in India, operating as an online seller of international eSIM products.
3. Eligibility
By using our website, you confirm that:
– You are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian.
– You have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
– The information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Products
– All eSIMs sold by GetSimfinity are digital products.
– No physical SIM card will be shipped.
– Customers are responsible for checking that their device is unlocked and supports eSIM before purchase.
5. Order Processing
– Orders are processed after successful payment.
– eSIM details are delivered electronically to the email address provided at checkout.
– Delivery times may vary due to payment verification or technical issues.
– GetSimfinity reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion, including where fraud, abuse, pricing errors, or suspected policy violations are reasonably suspected. Where an order is cancelled under this clause, any payment already collected for that order will be refunded.
6. Pricing and Taxes
– Prices displayed on the website are final unless otherwise stated.
– Applicable GST or other taxes will be charged as required under Indian law.
– International customers are responsible for any taxes or duties imposed by their own country.
7. Refund & Cancellation
Due to the digital nature of eSIM products:
– Orders cannot be cancelled after delivery.
– Activated, installed, downloaded, or used eSIMs are non-refundable.
– Refunds may be granted only if:
– The eSIM was not delivered.
– The QR code is invalid or defective.
– A verified technical issue prevents activation and cannot be resolved by our support team.
– Refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase with supporting evidence.

8. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
– Verifying device compatibility before purchase.
– Following installation instructions correctly.
– Keeping QR codes secure and not sharing them with others.
– Providing accurate contact and billing information at checkout.
– Any use of the eSIM and any charges, data usage, or consequences arising from that use once delivered.
9. Network Services
Mobile network coverage, speed, and availability depend on local telecom operators. GetSimfinity does not guarantee uninterrupted service in every destination and is not responsible for network outages, throttling, or restrictions imposed by local carriers, regulators, or governments in any destination country.
10. Intellectual Property
All website content, logos, trademarks, graphics, and text are the intellectual property of GetSimfinity and may not be copied or reproduced without prior written permission.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The website and all products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSimfinity disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. GetSimfinity does not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GetSimfinity shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of connectivity, missed communications, or any damages arising from third-party network performance. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount actually paid for that order.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold GetSimfinity, its officers, employees, and partners harmless from any claim, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the website or products, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
14. Force Majeure
GetSimfinity shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government action, network or supplier outages, internet or telecommunications failures, labor disputes, or other events of force majeure.
15. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
16. Governing Law, Jurisdiction & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. The parties agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting GetSimfinity support. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the location where GetSimfinity is registered.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
18. Assignment
GetSimfinity may assign or transfer these Terms, in whole or in part, without restriction, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets. Customers may not assign or transfer their rights under these Terms without GetSimfinity’s prior written consent.
19. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on our website and become effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
